8.25% california sales tax refund for notebook pruchase by foreigner buyer in SFO airport?

I bought a computer notebook in San Jose and will bring back to my home country for personal use. I will fly out of SFO airport this week. where can I apply for re-imbursement of the 8.25% sales tax? What document do I need to prepare?
