Can any body tell me what is the proceduere of e-tds filing?

If possible tell me from where i will get the latest TAX Slabs of TDS, Professional Tax, Sales Tax, VAT , FBT, Income Tax, What is Advance Tax, Wealth Tax , Gift Tax etc. and other taxes
